We process the contact details, company information, project requirements, professional experience and documents you choose to provide to answer project enquiries, assess subcontracting cooperation or consider your application. Depending on the enquiry, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) or for our legitimate interest in handling business correspondence and assessing cooperation (Article 6(1)(f)). Providing data is voluntary; fields marked with an asterisk are needed to process the relevant request. Please provide a way to contact you and only documents relevant to your enquiry. These limits do not delete copies already delivered to our mailbox or downloaded for handling your request. We retain correspondence and relevant documents for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or application and, where applicable, the resulting relationship, legal obligations or claims. You may contact us to ask about retention or request deletion.
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to a data protection authority, including the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
