Coordination with installation contractors regarding construction progress, current project priorities, interfaces and identified issues. Contractor personnel management and daily crew work planning remain with the installation contractor.
On-site supervision of civil works, piling, mounting structures, module installation, DC works and overall construction progress against project requirements, drawings and agreed standards.
Regular quality checks during project execution, early identification of deviations and follow-up of required corrective actions.
Construction works are checked against the applicable project drawings, installation requirements and technical documentation provided for the project. The scope covers verification against the provided documentation rather than engineering or design.
Tracking of material deliveries and availability through project reporting systems to support construction progress and identify additional material requirements. Delivery records; material tracking; availability monitoring; additional material requirements; reorder requests to the client office. Physical acceptance of delivered goods remains with the designated responsible party.
Monitoring construction progress against current project priorities and planned activities: daily progress, completed works, active work areas, delays/constraints and required corrective actions.
Daily/weekly progress, photo documentation, quality issues, delays and constraints, corrective actions, material status and punch-list status.
Items are documented, communicated to the responsible contractor and followed through until correction and verification.
Support during final inspections, completion of outstanding works and preparation of the project for handover. The scope covers completion support and handover preparation, while commissioning management remains a separate responsibility.
Our Site & Construction Managers work directly on the project site, maintaining communication between the client, contractors and ongoing construction activities.
