Acting on the client side within the agreed scope, our Site & Construction Manager monitors contractor execution, construction progress and installation quality and provides direct reporting from the project site.
PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES
Contractors retain responsibility for managing their personnel, daily work planning and execution of their own work.
Engineering design, physical acceptance of deliveries and commissioning management are separate project functions assigned to designated responsible parties.
CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION
On-site supervision of civil works, piling, mounting structures, module installation, DC works and overall construction progress against project requirements, drawings and agreed standards.
QUALITY CONTROL
Regular quality checks during project execution, early identification of deviations and follow-up of required corrective actions.
DRAWINGS & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Construction works are checked against the applicable project drawings, installation requirements and technical documentation provided for the project.
MATERIAL TRACKING
Tracking of material deliveries and availability through project reporting systems to support construction progress and identify additional material requirements. Delivery records; material tracking; availability monitoring; additional material requirements; reorder requests to the client office.
PROGRESS MONITORING
Monitoring construction progress against current project priorities and planned activities: daily progress, completed works, active work areas, delays/constraints and required corrective actions.
PROJECT REPORTING
Daily/weekly progress, photo documentation, quality issues, delays and constraints, corrective actions, material status and punch-list status.
PUNCH-LIST MANAGEMENT
